We, your hosts are a female professional with a 12yo son. We are quiet during the week, with work and school so out most of the day. Weekends are spent going to sports early morning and rest of the day at home.
We are helpful people who go above and beyond to help our guests settle and make them feel safe and supported.

The House:
Our large 5 bed home is in a popular Central Auckland suburb of Hillsborough near bays, walking trails, sports ground, and shops.
It has a swimming pool, 2 lounges, 1 conservatory, and 1 large recreation room with water views for entertaining guests (no noisy parties please).
We have a state of the art M6 trainer (elliptical + stepper) for quick exercise and a swimming pool for leisure or cooling down.

Our location is very convenient from airport (15 min ride). Bus coming soon to bottom of the street. Shortcut to Hillsborough road gives access to frequent buses to all parts of Auckland like Auckland University, AUT, CBD, Unitec or south Auckland like Manukau Station, Manukau Institute of Technology etc.

We have 3 rooms ranging from $350-$550pw.
$550 is for a bedroom which can be turned into self contained unit with its own lounge, bathroom and separate entrance, if you prefer.

These prices include facilities (use of swimming pool / water / power / unlimited internet) and some household basics (laundry powder / toilet paper /hand wash / dishwashing products / cleaning products)
You need to clean up after yourself such as your own dishes and kitchen area after use, clothes and bedroom.

Food is not included.

Note: We prefer only females, 21+ years of age.
