We have 2x single rooms in our house available from early February for a minimum of 10 weeks till around 10th May (could be longer to be discussed), subject to availability. ( as we have another student looking to apply)

Our house is a two-level home; the spare single rooms are located on the ground floor along with the other two separate bedrooms; there is a common lounge area with a kitchenette that includes a kettle, a mini fridge, and a microwave for simple heating food (no cooking); there is a bathroom to share with my son, who also stayed on the ground floor.

It is situated in the heart of the Onepoto Basin in Northcote. The domain has a popular bike park and playground, as well as paths and walks for exercise. In terms of North Shore living, it doesn't get closer to the CBD than this. Your access to the city, Takapuna, or AUT Northcote or city campus is superb by bus or car! The motorway onramp is so close that even in peak hour, Ponsonby and the city are just a 5- to 10-minute drive away. Plus, the handy bus stop is the last one before the CBD.

For airport pick an extra $80 each way for a maximum of 4 passengers with 2 large luggage and 3-4 carry-on luggage. Contact me If you are interested.
