- I might be joined by my boyfriend in Auckland, or I might fly solo – it all depends on his visa. Just to be safe, I am searching for a homestay that can accommodate a couple.
- I am an outgoing, self aware, and neat person. I love hiking, music (singing and playing the guitar), photography, and I’m super excited to explore life in New Zealand. I enjoy a balanced lifestyle and a harmonious home.
- I enjoy bonding with flatmates, but I also value my alone time. I’m fluent in English and Chinese, and while my Cantonese might not be perfect, I can definitely hold a conversation. I’m partly out of the apartment for uni, so if you prefer a quiet place, that’s totally cool with us. We are looking for a non-party flat that has a friendly vibe .
- Budget: $380 p/w includes all expense. Open to discuss if any extra costs.
- Location: Ideally Central. May consider elsewhere for an awesome fit. Public transport access is a must.
- Move-in date: I’m looking to settle into Auckland from late October, specifically around the 26th. I’ll be staying for an initial three weeks, up until the 14th of December, to get myself sorted. If everything feels right, after a conference and Christmas, I might continue renting from the 3rd of January for a longer period. :)
