Our house is a brand new house therefore it is warm in winter and cool in summer. We offer one double bedroom with an individual tiled bathroom to a single guest NZ$300+ per week or a group of mother and child with negotiable price. Please contact me two weeks ahead of the date when you want to move in so I can advise you if the room is still available.
Airport pick up is available for a fee. Airport pick up can be free when the guest who pays 2 weeks rent and deposit of $600 ahead. A great creek view at back of our house. Our street is a surprisingly quiet area and every handy to access on the motorway, cycle and walk pathways.
