We have a beautiful room available at the moment. We are very easy to get on with and are very kind to our homestays. We are fussy about how our house is kept. We expect you to be clean and tidy in your room ... and the house in general.

We have been hosting homestays for the last 12 years and always have very positive reviews from our guests.

If you are looking for a place to stay that is modern, spotlessly clean and more stylish than your average homestay option, you have found it. Our house is large, comfortable, quiet and has a relaxed atmosphere. We are a short distance from Auckland City.

Our house is a 5 minute walk to Unitec Mt Albert and on a main bus route to the city. There is a bus to the city every 10 minutes and Downtown Auckland is a 15 to 20 minute bus ride away. The bus stop is a short walk away, at the end of our street. If you are studying at Unitec Mt Albert we are a perfect option. If you have your own car Waterview offers an amazing access to the motorway for travel anywhere in Auckland. We live in a quiet no exit road.

We have a large open plan kitchen, lounge and dining area on the lower level. These rooms open out through large doors to our beautiful Balinese inspired tropical garden - a great chill out space.

The bedroom is upstairs and has a large double wardrobe, a double bed, two side tables and a reading lamp. We can also supply a writing desk and chair if needed. We include quality sheets, bedding and towels. Upstairs we have a separate TV lounge and a large bathroom with bath / shower. My partner and I have our own bathroom.

The cost includes breakfast each day. We have a TV lounge upstairs to watch a movie or Sky TV, a washing machine and an outdoor or indoor covered clothesline. The house also has air conditioning and security cameras.

We both lead busy lives and enjoy a calm and relaxed time when we are at home. We both enjoy a chat with our home stay guests. There is no smoking in the house. The weekly cost also includes water, power, breakfast and unlimited high speed broadband.

We have 2 very small and well house trained miniature Schnauzer dogs called Storm & Sky.
