Available short term from 5th December. I have 2 double bedrooms available in my lovely sunny home for female guests only. It is only a 1 minute walk to bus stop and less than 10 minutes to Auckland City or Takapuna by bus in peak times. The bus runs every few minutes on week days. The bathroom has continuous hot water and the house has high speed internet . I’m a friendly host who will look after you and make sure you feel at home with all the comforts you may need although as I start work early it’s important that you can make your own breakfasts. The fridge is well stocked with fruit, juices and soft drinks as well as snacks. I will cook a lovely evening meal or occasionally we will get take out or I will host you at a local restaurant for dinner. I also have 3 friendly cats so it would be great if you loved cats. Due to student going home for Christmas one room is available short term from 24th November until February. Could extend.
