We live in a cosy two story home with two level. We live upstairs. Two bed rooms with a bath room and toilet downstairs. A room downstairs is available girl is living in one room of downstairs, who is a student in university. She is very nice. Just both of you share the bath room and toiler.

This room is furnished, new decoration with new table and carpet. Feel very warm. Independent entrance, good for
privacy!

We are located near Meadow bank shopping mall, which takes 2 minutes driving. Next to bus stop going straight into the city.

Handy location to St Heiler’s Bay (5 minutes’ drive), Kohimarama Beach(6 minutes’ drive), Mission Bay(7 Minutes’ drive)
