Cosy cottage in Murrays Bay North Shore 5 minutes walk to the beach. Shared bathroom. I have no pets and a non smoking house. Bus Stop is a 2 minute walk away going to the City and to Albany University. Rangitoto College is very near. I speak a little Chinese as I have just returned from living in Taipei for 7 years. I can offer English tutoring if you require it. I am a Primary School Teacher. Breakfast and lunch will be available for you to help yourself. Dinner will be provided. Internet and laundry access for you. Happy to answer any questions you have and very happy for you to come and stay in this lovely place.
