We are a Dutch family with two young adult boys. We offer two tidy bedrooms in our completely new house. Both with king single beds. Each room has a built in wardrobe, desk, desk chair, and lighting. Our hosts will get to share one modern bathroom and a small hall. The accommodation can be closed off by a door as if it’s a separate apartment. We have fast fiber internet 1000/mbps. Our neighborhood is very safe and secure.

We are happy to provide self-service breakfast and the guest can have dinner with us. The area is surrounded by beautiful Waitakere forests, walks and most beautiful beaches. We enjoy New Zealand outdoor life and we will be happy to share it with our hosts. Transport options: Swanson and Ranui train station. Within 10 minutes by car the guests can be in Westgate Shopping Centre and Costco; within 15 minutes at the WestCity mall in Henderson. If you have a driver license, we have a spare car so you can drive to the train station. In case you don’t have a driver license you can always use our E-step or we can drop you at the train station (Ranui/Swanson)

The rooms are very luxury and all the comfort that comes with it. We have a centralized heat and air conditioning system. The rooms are dry and warm

Across the road there is a BMX park, basketball field and public BBQ spot.
15 min drive is the west wave pool wit sauna. In Avondale there is a ice skate rink all year around.
Also our guests have easy access to 3 movie theaters: New Lynn, Henderson, West Gate
Our closest library is in Ranui (10 min from home)
