Our home is located in Shamrock Park between Howick and Botany Downs and within walking distance to bus-stop. We are in-zone for Botany Downs Secondary College so happy to take any students schooling nearby, although both our children attend different high schools. Fully fenced house with large backyard & double garage with lots of internal space, large open plan kitchen/dining area and 2 living spaces.

We have a spare bedroom available that comes with a single bed, study desk & drawers. There is also a trundler bed under single bed for anyone wanting to share the room. Cost to share will be $400 per week for 2 people.

It's pretty much self-service in this household (so help yourself to what is in the pantry - breakfast, lunch & dinner). Dinner is the only time we really cook meals. Free wifi also available.

We are a pretty relaxed bunch (2 adults + 2 teenagers) and tend to stay in our rooms most of the time as we all like our space. We are easy going and enjoy the odd banter, but happy to give you space if preferred :)
