The house is located at karaka Lakeside, a very quiet and safe area with a lovely neighborhood.

3. Move-in cost is 1-week rent in advance and 2 weeks bond

Currently, there are 5 people living in the house ( 3 Adult and 2 kids) during day time my mother in law stay home with grandson.
We are looking for a working person. who is tidy and easy going. sorry no visitor allow.
The room has a queen bed and mirror/dressing table, if you prefer using your own, we are happy to take it out.
