It has a double wardrobe and large dressing table and arm chair. I can supply a double bed on request. (side table and lamp not supplied sorry) Share bathroom. Solid Retro style house in quiet street with off street parking. 5min walk to bus stop. Five mins drive to Albany park and ride. 20min walk to Browns Bay Beach, restaurants and Cafes. One weeks rent to be payed in advance on day you move in plus $240 deposit.
