We, retired couple live in 3 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms apartment in Newmarket/Remuera. Our apartment address is James Cook Crescent, Auckland. Our building, surrounding streets and areas are well monitored by CCTVs. We have worked, traveled and lived in many countries including Asia, Africa, Europe, Asia Pacific and North America.
Available two rooms for short term only.
Room #1- well-furnished bedroom with a single bunk bed, linens, desks, chairs, wardrobes, mirror and table
Room#2 - well furnished with a double bed, linens, chair, desk, mirror, wardrobe and table lamp.
A separate bathroom for the guests.
The train station and public bus stops are at 5 minutes walks from home; 5 minutes on train to Auckland CBD. Easy access to motorways. Free ultra-fast broadband internet available. Supermarkets (including Chinese), shopping mall, restaurants, shops, fast food eateries, cinemas, cafes, parks, train station, bus stops, clinics, pharmacies, post shop, banks, etc. are within 5-7 mins walking distance. We have indoor swimming pools, sauna, spa, gym facilities and tennis courts.
We have one secured car park at NZ$30/week or NZ$5/day for guests use.
We usually have light dinner and so we don't cook at the evening. Online Please cooking is not allowed for guests.

Deposit for a key: $200.
Airport pick up/drop off : NZ$40 (7 am-11 pm) and other times NZ$60.
Meals: Breakfast only, usually cereal or toast and spreads.


Home-stay Fees :

Payments at front for two weeks.

Room#1:
Weekly - NZ$450 for single person and NZ$600 (2x300) for double occupancy.

Room#2:
Weekly - NZ$450 for single person and NZ$500 for a couple.
