Large spacious 3-level home, surrounded by native bush and birds, huge sunny deck, cozy fireplace, BBQ area, pool table and a very cute cat.

Single or shared rooms available - we can often adapt beds and rooms to suit what you need, so be sure to let me know.

New homestay someone must be kind, respectful and tidy.

Breakfast (get your own cereal/toast/tea/coffee)
If required - Dinner can be provided for you.

In a safe area, on main bus route - bus stop just beside the house!

Your bedroom will have a cozy bed, (single and double available) chest of drawers, study desk with chair, study lamp and a heater.

Your room will be warm and comfortable, all linen provided.

There are two bathrooms. We have a dedicated bathroom and separate toilet on the middle floor for home-stays to use. My family uses the other bathroom upstairs.

The kitchen is very large. Plenty of room to store your snacks and of course, you're welcome to make a cup of tea or coffee anytime.

Although dinner is provided, if studying or otherwise at home, you would be welcome to cook when I’m not busy preparing food.

You would have to do your own washing, and keep your room tidy.
