Family of 3 although usually just myself and my 17yr old daughter who attends Epsom Girls Grammar. I have a 17yr old son also who attends Auckland Grammar and lives with his Dad in Ellerslie (and will occasionally come to stay). Large double bedroom with double bed, dresser, TV/ TV cabinet, decent size Wardrobe and Bookshelf. Own Bathroom. Ranch Sliders open from room to rear garden. Spacious house with large shared lounge and Kitchen/Dining area.
