The bus stop and local ( Northcote ) shopping Centre, is not far from my home - easy walking distance.
Northcote is a nice, safe area to live on the North Shore & I have sea views.
My first language is English and I like to help students.
I am a retired 'Kiwi' and my special interest is travel, both within NZ & abroad ( I've been to 65 countries ).
I have a fully furnished room available with desk, own TV and unlimited fibre wifi internet.
Breakfast, dinner & laundry is included in my fee.
Smoking is permitted outside, and I don't keep pets.
