I am an active senior aged 69 on rental waiting lists for pensioner housing schemes at Aldersgate (35 Esplanade Road, Mt Eden) and Selwyn Village (Point Chevalier). I am currently renting near my sister in New Plymouth but she plans to move to the Auckland that necessitates my move. I am seeking to rent a room while I wait for a vacancy in the mentioned housing schemes. If possible I would like to continue using my escooter to travel to regular activities like croquet and church.
