A quick 35 min ferry ride to the city so easily accessible to Auckland city schools and universities, on street parking in a safe community with a supermarket 3 mins up the road along with a 24hr gym, medical centre, all the amenities you could ever want but most importantly - this place is close to multiple beaches in the heart of Beachlands.

You would be sharing with me, a single working professional female who splits my time between Auckland and the rest of the country as I travel for work. We have a couple of dogs that come and visit occasionally so must be ok with that. I enjoy hiking, beaching, brunching and evening wines on a Friday (or during the week). I love to cook when I’m home and enjoy trying new foods - although I am vegetarian I don’t mind if you aren’t. I also am a bit of a plant lover now (blame lockdown/Covid) and am a Ukelele player/learner…Yoga convert, regular gymmer and all round generally just a positive sunshiney person :) so if that sounds like a bit of you flick me a message :)
