$280 per week - all inclusive of expenses (negotiable)


This is a self contained unit - newly renovated. I currently have a lovely working girl in the second room and looking for someone else to fill the other bedroom.

There is a kitchenette so you can prepare your own meals hence none will be provided by us. There is a supermarket within 5 min walk from the house.

Bathroom will be shared with the other girl and there is a single toilet as well as shown in photos.

There's no laundry facility. However there is a laundromat nearby.

You get your complete privacy from us and a seperate door entry as well.

Bed will be provided & study table.

Location is on Denbigh Ave, Mt Roskill. Bus stop is 2 min walk - easy access for Auckland Uni/AUT/other education services in the Auckland CBD.
Motorway is 3 min drive to city/airport/south/west if you have a vehicle.
5 min walk to supermarket
