We are a friendly couple with 3 cats. We have been looking after homestay students and travellers for close to 25 years. We have a double bedroom which is $450 week. We are 5 minutes drive from St Heliers Beach. There is a bus stop right outside the house that goes to Downtown and another bus round the corner that goes to Newmarket.

For $450 you'll receive all-inclusive benefits, including dinner, breakfast and all utilities. Our family loves to cook, and you can expect delicious meals. Additionally, this rate covers all utilities, such as power, water, ultra-fast broadband you can also enjoy our spa pool and a parking space if you have a car.
