The house is a brand new house with 4 bedrooms. The room for rent is in downstairs in double bed mattress and have own toilet and shower with own living room area.

Our rent include facilities such as reasonable use of water / power and unlimited fiber internet.
We provide all the kitchen utensils, bed linens and cupboards.
Some household such as toilet paper /hand wash / dishwashing products / cleaning products. We encouraged to keep the kitchen after using it and wash own dishes and place it to the dishwasher.
For clothes we provided washing machine and dryer. We request to keep room and bathroom clean and tidy. . Food can be negotiated.

We are family with children aged 12 and 6. We both working during weekdays and sometimes weekends.
We are very sociable family and I am used of helping new migrants and new people who come to visit here.

At weekends we bring our children with their activities and tutors. We are very approachable, flexible and generous family.

Our house is very close to the Hibiscus motorway. And 5mins to walk at Hibiscus bus station going to the Auckland City centre/Britomart station/Auckland university.

And very convenient to most shops and Pak and save grocery and near to the Orewa beach other beautiful place to visit.
