Brilliant, popular location on the edge of Victoria Park. Only a short walk to the city, to Westhaven Marina, to The Viaduct, to Britomart, and to Ponsonby. The buses to the North Shore, and to Britomart and beyond are only hundreds of meters away. Uber cars and scooters pretty much on the doorstep.
My spare room in a two bed ground floor apartment is available for rent on a short term basis (weeks or months) over summer and spring. I'm the only other occupant, aside from two cats.
The room has its own access to the back garden, which I'm slowly doing up. It also has a wardrobe with double sliding doors that are mirrors (directly opposite the ranch sliding doors). All doors/windows are wall to ceiling so there's lots of natural lights. And there's a ceiling fan if it gets hot.
Available from 13 Dec, ideally for three weeks at this time of the year. Though the end date is negotiable. $400pw includes bills (internet, Netflix, power, water). I prefer another female due to sharing one bathroom.
