I'm a postgrad student at University of Auckland, very tidy, quiet and independent. I'm looking for a place with a quiet and sunny room to stay long term (estimating 2~3 years). I am friendly with children and pets. I can manage my own cooking. But I'm also happy if meals are included. Suburbs close to the university are preferable ( Ponsonby, Grey Lynn, Mt Eden, Epsom, Remuera, Parnell, etc).
