I’m planning to rent a whole house or apartment for my family—my husband, our son (a high school student) and me. We are Chinese: easy-going, polite and friendly. We like a simple and organised life, so we always keep everywhere we live clean and tidy; so please no worries about your house, furniture, front yard or any of your belongings, your neighbours or even their pets. We will treat everything as our own, or even better, to show our appreciation and respect. All we need is a place that is safe, tidy and private; fully furnished would be best. As you can see, my budget is limited, so if the weekly rent is much higher than my budget, I may not be the right tenant for you.
