Hi. I am a retired architect and professional educator. I am coming home to New Zealand in early March. I wonder if the room will be available from the 4th of March. I don't eat a lot of red meat as I prefer chicken. I prefer a room in the ground floor. I look forward to your reply. Regards. Azza
