I would ideally like to find a fully self contained granny flat or studio to move into, on a property where the hosts also live, but if you have an available room in a house with shared facilities, I would also consider that. In that case it might be for a shorter term like a month or so while I look for my own self contained place.
Wherever I go, I need to be able to work from home on a (self funded) writing and research project that I have in development (about Climate Change). My lifestyle is similar to that of a student, except that I am not attending an institution, which is why I selected Worker. I also need to be able to cook all of my own meals.
If I get a self contained place, I could be open to staying for a longer term, such as a year.
I am very quiet, and hope to get a quiet place. I am OK with noises of children and/or babies, but not so much loud music and TV.
