I am a second-year PhD candidate at UoA (city campus). I’m an outgoing, open-minded, and adaptable individual with experience studying abroad and traveling to many countries. I love cultural exchange and connecting with people from all walks of life!
1. About My Routine:
I work flexibly: remote work on bad-weather days, but most weekdays I’ll be at my university office (City Campus) for research. Evenings/weekends are usually spent at home, so I’d love a quiet, clean, and safe space to unwind.
2. Housing Preferences:
a. Location: Ideally within 25 minutes by bus to City Campus (, Ponsonby, Grafton, Mt Eden, or nearby suburbs).
b. Priorities: Safe neighborhood, good transport links, and a tidy living environment.
c. Furniture room, and all bills included, if possible (no more than $260 with all bills per week).
