My name is Peng Huang. I am a 22-year-old male student originally from Beijing, China. I have been studying in New Zealand since 2018, starting from Westlake Boys’ High School in Auckland, and I am currently completing my final year of undergraduate studies at Massey University.
I will be starting my postgraduate studies at the University of Auckland in early 2026. Since my academic schedule will be quite intense, I would prefer to live in a homestay where meals are provided, so I can focus more on my studies.
I am a friendly, outgoing person who enjoys chatting with people and loves sports. I’m also a big fan of cats and dogs — if your home has pets, I would be absolutely delighted.
Ideally, I would like to stay with a local Kiwi family who are kind and welcoming, preferably hosts around 50 to 60 years old. I hope the household is relatively simple and quiet, with no more than two homestay students in total (including myself).
I would also appreciate it if the home is located in Auckland’s North Shore area, near a bus stop, and has a parking space available as I drive a car.
Regarding payment, I would prefer to pay the homestay fee on a weekly basis.
