I will be starting work in the aviation sector in Auckland from 1 November, and I am looking for accommodation for about 10 weeks during my initial training. As I will need time to study, I am looking for a quiet place and secure parking.

I am a mature Japanese professional with stable income, own car, and a non-smoker.
I am also a father of two children, though my family lives in Christchurch.
The end date may vary by 1–2 weeks.
