Hello! My name is XIA ZHUYI, and I am currently pursuing a Master’s degree at the University of Auckland (UoA). I am looking for a warm and welcoming homestay where I can experience local culture while focusing on my studies. I am a respectful, tidy, and responsible person who enjoys quiet environments and meaningful conversations. I come from China, and this is my first time living in New Zealand, so I’m excited to learn more about Kiwi customs and lifestyle. I don’t smoke and have no pets, and I’m happy to follow house rules. Ideally, I’m looking for a place that is within reasonable distance to the university, either by public transport or walking. I value a friendly and supportive atmosphere, and I would love to become part of a household rather than just a tenant.
