Worker Ivan Sanford $280 per week

Brazilian living in NZ for the past 15 years. Ex-graphic designer turned into postman. I've been working as a delivery agent for NZ Post for the past 9 years. And I do some photography/film-making as a side hustle. I rented an one bedroom apartment in Ponsonby for 11 years. I just got back from a 5 months trip to my home country to spend some good time with my family. Now I'm looking for a place as close as possible to my branch (Mount Roskill). Aiming for a minimalistic lifestyle to focus on work at NZ Post, my side hustle and creative projects. I love the outdoors, the beach and going on road-trips. I like going to the gym, surfing, paddleboarding, running and cycling. Into music, audiobooks, podcasts, design, creativity and philosophy. I like to have my privacy during busy days. But I also enjoy socialising and exchange life stories over a good craft beer. I don't smoke, nor vape. And apart from being a postman, I love dogs. I have a car, so off-street parking would be ideal. But I'm easy if there's plenty of on-street parking too. I also come with two bicycles and a 10'5" stand up paddle board. So I'd need a secure dry place to store these. Looking for 6 months term minimum, but most likely staying for longer.
