Enquiring in to home stays for my 17 year old daughter for six months to a year in 2027. She is intending to apply to Media Design School at Wynyard Quarter but due to being under 18 finding it difficult to find accomodation. She would like a family who will make her feel welcome while she navigates a big city and transitions into student life gaining her independence. Ideally dinners could be provided initially, week days only as it is likely she could spend the weekends in Whangarei with her uncle. She is quiet and sticks to herself. We are not sure yet if she will get accepted into the school yet but currently looking to see if a home stay could be an option
