I am a 17-year-old high school student from Xi'an, China, and I am looking for a suitable homestay family. I enjoy playing video games and participating in group activities. Here are some of the school's requirements:
1. The homestay family should be as close to Westspring College as possible, with convenient transportation.
2. Three meals a day (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) must be provided. (This is negotiable.)
3. Regardless of the accommodation fee, once you officially become my homestay family, the school will provide a subsidy of NZ$400 per week (if this amount is higher than your original accommodation fee, please refund the excess; if it is lower than NZ$400, I will make up the difference).
4. There are currently two options: First, after we discuss the details and both parties are satisfied, you can apply to become my homestay family, and then I will move into your home. The second option is to become my guardian (specific details to be discussed).
