My name is LIU, and I am 18 years old from China. I will be studying a Foundation program at UNITE Institute of Technology, main campus in am planning to move in around 9 July 2026. The length of stay is flexible and can be discussed together. The budget in my application is only an initial estimate, so I am happy to discuss the actual weekly fee with have no bad habits. I do not smoke or drink, and I have never been to bars or nightclubs. I usually keep a regular routine, and I prefer a quiet and respectful home environment. My daily schedule will mainly depend on my classes, but I usually get up before 7:00–8:30 am and come home around 4:00–5:00 can eat almost everything, and I am happy to try home cooking. Because I go to the gym regularly and like to stay healthy, I would appreciate meals with enough protein-rich food if possible. I do not have any religious beliefs or food also like pets very much. My family has a Maine Coon cat in China, so I am very comfortable living with animals. In my free time, I enjoy swimming, going to the gym and fishing.
