Hi! My name is Salin Liu, and my partner and I are currently living in Takapuna. We’re looking for a long-term place to rent from 19 July.

Ideally, we’d love to find somewhere within about a 30-minute drive of Grafton.

What we’re looking for:

* A room with a private bathroom,
* One car park
* Budget: NZ$250–400 per week, depending on the property

A little about us:

* Friendly, reliable, quiet and tidy couple
* Non-smokers with no pets
* One of us is studying Software Engineering, while the other has a background in electrical work and hopes to build a career in New Zealand’s electrical or construction industry
* Happy to provide a reference from our current landlord
* We’re reliable tenants who always pay rent on time and take great care of the property. If there are any small household maintenance jobs we’re able to help with, we’d always be happy to lend a hand.

We’re hoping to find a place where we can settle in, feel at home, and enjoy living for the long term.
