I am a student from Shenzhen, China, and I will be attending a three-month language course at Massey University in New Zealand (expected course dates: October 5th to December 17th). My estimated arrival date is between September 19th and September 28th, though this depends on my visa outcome. Once the visa is confirmed, I will finalise my travel and move-in dates accordingly. After the course ends, I may stay for an extra one to two weeks.
A little about me: I am easy-going, quiet, tidy, and pets person. I don't smoke or drink, and I respect house rules. I would prefer to stay with an English-speaking family, as this will help me improve my English and settle into life in New Zealand more smoothly.
For accommodation, I would ideally like to have my own bedroom with basic furniture such as a bed, desk, and wardrobe. If meals are provided, I would appreciate breakfast and dinner included. If not, I hope I can use the kitchen to prepare simple meals for myself.
I do not have a car, so I would prefer a location where the public transport commute to Massey University's Albany campus takes no more than 45 minutes each way.
