I am an academic visitor from China, coming to Massey University for research. I will be travelling and living here with my 5-year-old daughter. I was born in 1980, quiet, tidy and a non-smoker.
We are looking for accommodation within a family home; a family of three or a home with a middle-aged couple would be ideal. As I am staying alone with my young daughter, for our peace of mind, we would prefer to avoid households made up only of adult men.
My daughter is gentle and well-behaved. We will fully respect the house rules, keep our room clean and maintain quiet at home. Stable internet is required for my research. We plan to stay for a longer period and hope to find a warm, family-friendly home suitable for a young child.
