I am a non-smoker and I value cleanliness, privacy and a quiet environment, especially during my study time. I am happy to stay with a family or host who is welcoming and respectful. I am comfortable with pets and have no issue living in a home with pets. I will not require meals as I prefer to manage my own food. Reliable internet/Wi-Fi is important for my studies and daily communication. I am looking for a safe, clean and well-maintained home with a friendly atmosphere. I am considerate of house rules, keep shared areas clean and will treat the home and everyone in it with respect.
