Looking for a Room / Granny Flat in Auckland 🏡

Hey everyone! I’m an 18-year-old guy looking for somewhere to move into as soon as possible in Auckland.

I work full-time at Metro Performance Glass in Highbrook and have a steady income, so I can reliably pay rent on time. I’m respectful, tidy, responsible, and looking for somewhere I can settle into long-term.

What I’m looking for:

* My own private bedroom
* My own private bathroom
* My own kitchen or kitchenette
* Preferably a washing machine for clothes
* Ideally somewhere self-contained, like a granny flat or studio
* Budget of $400 per week maximum
* Preferably South or East Auckland, or somewhere with a reasonable commute to Highbrook even if not could make work.
