I am a professional female from China, travelling to Auckland with my 8-year-old son. We are looking for a homestay room for 4 weeks as our temporary accommodation after arrival.
My son and I will share this one bedroom. We would prefer a room with an ensuite or private bathroom if available.
We are very clean, quiet, respectful and considerate tenants. My son is gentle and well-behaved; he keeps his room tidy and will not make loud noise to disturb the household. We always pay rent on time and respect house do not smoke, no pets, no vaping. We are happy to discuss house rules and arrange viewings in advance.
