We are a family of two, consisting of me and my son with a bedroom to spare :)
We live in Hillsborough, which is a 15 min car ride to CBD or a 30 min bus ride, which the stop is just across our house. The room has a study desk and a roomy closet. The house is warm, cozy and comes with WIFI. We do prefer students to come live with us as it fits into our lifestyle more.
The cost does include daily breakfast and dinner if wanted :)
