Homestay in Te Atatū Peninsula

Hi - we are a friendly, relaxed household made up of an older semi-retired gentleman and a female professional. We have hosted numerous international students before including long and short term stays from a variety of countries - Hong Kong, China, Korea & Japan. We are easy going and relaxed. Our home is quiet, safe and clean. We do not party, drink or take drugs. You are welcome to use the kitchen and any other facilities as long as you are happy to clean up after yourself.

Te Atatu Peninsula is located approximately 14kms from Downtown Auckland, it is a leafy, family friendly suburb close to the water. There are many walking trails if you are interested in the outdoors. The suburb has it's own library, community center, gym, numerous parks, cafe's and laundromats - all within walking distance of the house.

The bedroom is equipped with a Single Bed (including linen & pillows), drawers, desk, chair, and freestanding wardrobe. There is a shared bathroom & living area. The house has a large deck area at the front and rear. There is street parking.
