Sought after area, walking distance to bus stop with the city just 20mins by bus. Close to beach and shopping centre.
There is an Informal dining area, formal dining area + a TV/lounge area. Very spacious house with lots of room so you don't have to bump into each other.
Professional working mother and 5yr old are existing tenants. Ideally suit another professional/student (would consider a couple). There is also a separate office/study room.
