Homestay in Ranui

Our band new house is located in newly developed area in Ranui. The Ranui Train Station is 800m away (10min walk) with trains every 10 minutes to CBD during peak hours. Bus stop is only 200m away.

You will have a fully furnished double bedroom, separate lounge and a modern bathroom with seperate entrance. You will be sharing Kitchen with us.

The nearest supermarket is a 5 minute drive away with cafes, takeaways, salons and gas stations all in the vicinity. Lincoln Road shops, Westcity, Westgate and Northwest shops are a 5 minutes drive away. There are plenty of beaches, waterfalls and walking tracks a short drive away. It is a quiet and peaceful location tucked away at the foot of the Waitakere ranges, but also not far from the city centre and major shopping centres.

Move in cost: Bond (2 weeks rent) + a week in advance

Bills are not included in the rent.
