Homestay in Auckland for $180 per week

Hi , we’re a young working family. We are looking for a flatmate, who is way going and can have a good time , laugh with us. Also must be clean and tidy. We have a double room available , and it would be private for him/her. There is a big tandem for u to enjoy and relax. We are 5 mins for lynnmall a, 5 mins to train station and 2-3 mins to bus stations. So it’s easy to get transport. Also have car park for 1 car ( for our gust available.) the rent would cover all bills except food. We plan to split the old bills with our new guest. We have a nice friendly warm and welcoming atmosphere.
