Homestay in Mount Albert

House in Mt Albert across road from Unitec. Homestay currently hosting 2 male and 1 female (ages 20,21,25) from New Zealand, our Indian student has just moved out to go to Wellington, and me a female from Scotland. Rates include wifi, power, water basically all facilities. Room is a fully furnished single. Lovely sunny garden with deck. Shared kitchen and lounge/dinning area. House is friendly and social we have an outdoor cat. Easy quick walk to buses and trains, outer link bus stops outside house. Shops and cafes and AIS campus easy walk, Unitec across the road.
