I have a lovely home in Remuera, very central to motorway, city,buses, supermarkets, etc. I have been hosting students for over 20 years and very much enjoy it. My house has 2 bedrooms available own bathroom & seperate toilet, sunny and modern. . I am only 8 minutes to the bus stop & approx 20 mins to the city.
The rent includes the use of all linen, sheets & towels. Free unlimited WiFi, laundry, full kitchen.
Available to FEMALE workers and students. A minimum stay of 12weeks preferred thereafter as long as you like.

The double bedroom is available with shared bathroom with other tenant. There is a full kitchen, very modern with everything in it. All linen and towels available. Use of your own fridge shared with other tenant. There is a lovely outside deck with lovely garden & outdoor furniture.
