A spacious house located in tranquilty area ---karaka . easliy to ger around to AUT and ACG Strathallan .
currently there are two students living in .one is from China studying in ACG Strathallan .the other is learing in City for pre-primary teaching. so it is a good enviornment for learning .it is safe and quiet .
there are two rooms available .Each room has its own seprate bathroom.
each room charged 210 exclude all the bills .or 240 included all the biils.
you can cook by your self .all the cooker and refrigerator even the bowl and plates can be offered.
we welcome ladies who is studying or working full time. also welcome mother and student teageather .
