Homestay in Sunnyhills

This is a sunny 4-bedroom house with garden and deck located at Sunyhills, Auckland. This is a peaceful place with friendly neighbor

We are a professional working couple with kids. We have a lovely master bedroom with en-suite bathroom downstairs with its own deck. The bedroom is super big and recently renovated with all brand new carpet and painting. It is furnished with Queen bed, and study desk & chair. Outside is the deck to relax for your own private use. There is a separate independent access to the room from the private deck so you can enjoy lots of privacy.

Our home is located in one of the best location in East Auckland - Sunnyhills, bus stop just few steps away or 2 minutes drive to Pakuranga Highway which takes you direct to Auckland city downtown in 20 mins. There are supermarkets, restaurants, Mcd, KFC, Lloyd Elsmore Swimming pool all minutes (1km) away. Botany town shopping mall and Sylvia Park shopping mall are also very close and easily assessible by bus/car. Plus easy access to many beaches in the Eastern area to enjoy kiwi lifestyle.

No meals included. Can consider providing meal with additional cost to negotiate. Rate includes reasonable use of power, water and internet. We have super high speed fibre broadband internet. Can consider 2 people sharing the room but with additional cost to negotiate. Heads up that we have a lovely dog (golden retriever) in the yard, who is 2yo and very friendly.
