Separate sleepout available with bathroom. Has double bed, desk, drawers, clothes rack, heater, jug, toaster, fridge (if needed).
Good internet connection.
Large kitchen available in the main house and guests are more than welcome to cook and access the main house.
Close to public transport, New Lynn and Avondale.
